This vintage hand-painted Majolica-style turkey platter is a beautiful piece of artwork from the mid-century modern period. Made in the California pottery studios of that era, it features a colorfully feathered turkey which will enhance any dining room, especially for the holidays. The oval shaped ceramic platter measures 18.25 inches in length, 14.25 inches in width, and 1.5 inches in height. The 2-inch rim surrounding the turkey has a basketweave pattern with vegetables interspersed.  It is a perfect addition to any mid-century modern or American-themed home decor, perfect for serving food during special occasions or as an eye-catching display piece!
