These pants are shorts are so comfortable!  They run a generous TTS, but you can size down for a more fitted look/feel.

Tonya is in a medium. 

 These are designed to have a slightly cropped look at the ankle.  Because Tonya is 5’3” they don’t.  If you are tall they will.  See last picture to see the cropped look.
