*Saturday, May 3rd 2025 8am-12pm at Barlow Blue’s Side Yard in downtown French Camp

VENDOR SPACES
*We will have 3 types of booth options available. They are all $15 each.
~15’ x 15’ Standard Booth Space (you can rent more than one if you need to.
~Space that you can pull a truck and trailer into and sell off of your trailer (as long as the ground is dry). ~Food Truck Space (you must obtain a permit from the Town of French Camp ahead of time)
*It only costs $15 for a space to come and set up and sell anything you want to unless it is vulgar or inappropriate for a family event. That $15 will be used to heavily advertise this event to make it a successful day for everyone. You can rent more than one space if you need to. No Shows or cancellations forfeit your $15.
*IF IT IS RAINING ON MAY 3rd we will push it back to May 10.
*New & Used items are welcome. Food Items & Baked goods are welcome as well. Any food truck that wants to come will have to obtain a permit from the Town of French Camp ahead of time. You must contact me if you are wanting to bring a food truck. 662-770-0071
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
*Barlow Blue is ONLY providing you with a space to set up and advertising for the event.
*Please share the posts about our event to help advertise! The more people that come to shop the more successful everyone is! Share the word with everyone you know.
*You are responsible to provide your own tables & chairs and any items you will need to display your goods. You are welcome to bring a tent if you have one.
*You need to bring LOTS of change for your sales. Barlow Blue will not be able to make change for anyone. There is a Bank of Kilmichael ATM in downtown FC where your customers can get cash. I highly recommend you also have Venmo, cashapp, PayPal type options available for people who may not have cash.
*Bring Trash Bags for clean up and for your trash. Please be respectful of your area and our property and do not leave a mess behind.
SET UP & CLEAN UP
*Set Up will be from 5:30am-7:45am Saturday May 3 or you can come Friday afternoon May 2 from 2pm-6pm.. You will need to be set up by 8am Saturday and you will need to stay until 12pm. You can not leave early unless you have sold out (you won’t be able to bring your car in to load until after 12pm)You are welcome to stay past 12pm if customers are still shopping but the advertised ending time will be 12pm.
*IF THE GROUND IS DRY you will be able to drive near your spot to unload. If you have your items on a trailer and want to leave them on the trailer I will have some truck/trailer spots available at the back of our property as long as the ground is dry. I need to know ahead of time if you are planning to keep your things in a trailer so I can make space.
*Please clean up EVERYTHING from your area when you are packing up. Do not Leave any trash or items behind.
*If you have items that don’t sell and you don’t want to take them back home our Double Blessings Thrift Store in downtown FC will gladly accept all donations. They will be there that afternoon until 2pm so you can just drive anything you want to donate right on over. They ask that all clothing be in bags and not loose. If it is a large heavy item they will need you to unload it. All proceeds from Double Blessings benefits Student at French Camp Academy.
